Mind-blowing variety of breakfast options, with excellent quality olive oil, ham, and sausages. Super clean room with stunning river & mountain view. Jaw-droppingly friendly staff at reception, providing top-notch service in multiple languages.

Location, close to great shopping and restaurants. Only travelled though Andorra before and was pleasantly surprised by the town itself.
Our accommodation was next to the lift (401), do not stay in this room. Room itself was OK, a little dated but very clean. It was just the lift was very noisy, particularly at 06:00 in the morning!!

The excellent cleanliness, the furniture and decoration in general all very new, you can tell that it is either new or has been recently reformed. The beds are very comfortable. Excellent insulation of the rooms, no noise was heard, we slept like babies. Even though the rooms are small, the spaces are very well used. There is also a large screen TV of high quality. The WIFI works perfectly.. Very good location of the hotel, a few meters from the commercial area of Escaldes, a few meters also from Caldea and with easy exit to the main road to access the ski slopes. Very nice and professional staff.
indiscriminate use of heating, makes the hotel in general to be at an excessive temperature. It is advisable that the difference in temperature between the outside and inside is not more than 10ºC and in this case it is far exceeded.

Marvellous and fantastic location in a shopping area, just off ample restaurants, the shopping area and the Caldea Spa and also plenty of shops and bars. Nearby La Taverna d'excalibur - great place to chill out.

Excellent offer when travelling with one or two teen agers! This is the best offer we have found
Rooms are quite old fashionned. Toilets within bathroom. Would be better to have toilets outside bathroom when sharing rooms with 3 or 4 people.

I loved the cozy and modern feel of the hotel. The decor was tastefully done with a touch of elegance, creating a pleasant ambiance. The common areas and rooms were well-lit with natural light, making it easy to navigate around. As a senior, I was pleased to find that the hotel was easily accessible, with spacious rooms that provided ample space to move around comfortably. It made my stay all the more enjoyable.
Although my stay was mostly delightful, I would have appreciated a better experience with the coffee. The hotel could invest in a new coffee machine and improve the quality of the coffee, as it didn't meet my expectations.

The double room was luxurious, it included a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was luxury. Location: the hotel was near the main shopping area as well as ample restaurants and shops.

I recently stayed at Hotel Metropolis in Escaldes for a few days. The location was excellent, with easy access to the ski bus stops just 100-200m away. The hotel is situated next to a lovely river and there is a fantastic restaurant right across the road. Caldea, a popular thermal spa, is just a 5-minute walk away. The city itself offers plenty of shops and restaurants, and there is a vibrant atmosphere. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed tasting the goat milk.
Would recommend this hotel.

Good bed and insonorization Good air conditioning Nice attitude at arrival
To expensive for general amenities available, room size, breakfast Car parking very narrow, and partially without direct access to hotel Triple room to narrow when third person is an young adult Secure opening windows - claustrofobical sensation
